Erik Buell & Buell Motorcycle History:

Buell Motorcycles is an American motorcycle manufacturer based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, United States. It was founded in 1983 by ex-Harley-Davidson engineer Erik Buell. Harley-Davidson acquired 49 percent of Buell in 1993, and Buell became a wholly owned subsidiary of Harley-Davidson by 2003.

On November 17, 2006, Buell announced that it had produced and shipped its 100,000th motorcycle. On October 15, 2009, Harley-Davidson announced the discontinuation of the Buell product line as part of its strategy to focus on the Harley-Davidson brand. The last Buell motorcycle produced through Harley-Davidson was in October 30, 2009, bringing the number manufactured to 136,923.

In November 2009, Erik Buell announced the launch of Erik Buell Racing, an independent company run by Erik Buell which initially produced race-only versions of the 1125R model, then subsequently offered an updated 1190RS model for the street or the track, and produced further improved 1190RX and 1190SX models which are intended for street or track use.

The return of the StreetFighter Race exhausts for the 94-99 Buells. With an updated awesome TWO PIECE design for stress relief and maximum longevity. This is the one with ALL the TRICKS and now LONG LIFE.

Now available for ForceWinder Buell XB Exhausts. This baffle has been tested and reduces DB while not reducing performance. Easy to bolt onto megaphone comes with three pre tapped holes and bolts. You will need to mark up your exhaust and drill out.

The XRII comes with the trick external breather system that loops cleanly around into the back of the filter for positive performance enhancing crankcase ventilation.

The ever cool ForceWinder XR Pro now has a unique set up that blends the XRII Kit with Our Crankcase breather to disperse in the atmosphere. The cool looks of the head breathers that attached to our polished tubing forward to the second breather then out to the remote breather allows for a clean burn. Added bling and this is why we call it the XR PRO.

ForceWinder’s XRII Buell FI Air Intake, made specifically for Fuel Injected Buell X1 & S3 (1999-2002). The XRII ForceWinder… Hitech looks & Hi Performance… precision all aluminum lightweight. ForceWinder sets the pace. The XRII comes with the trick Probike external breather system.

Designated the XR, it’s the first forward mounted air intake system. Dynamic looks, high performance, polished aluminum construction, comes complete with both intake and PCV filters, stainless bolts and gaskets, Black Dry Charger weather inhibiting filter sock. Adapters available to fit S&S E and G and Mikuni HSR 42/45 carbs. Utilize the OEM carb support bracket.

The ForceWinder Dominator Series is just that – Dominating – Poured aluminum casting is just perfectly coated with Gloss Black or a Show Polished Finish. Intricate design with flow offers a clean install with performance added features.  Added bling and this is why we call it the Dominator Series. Stock support bracket is NOT needed. Can be used wit S&S, CV, Mikuni Carbs.
