By removing the cross over tubing that used dump blow out and debris back into the filter and thus into your carb/efi our newest version eliminates all that but allows for the temp sensor to be plugged into the filter – optional use of the billet housing but this would require cutting of wiring etc. Eazy install and Buells love it.
